RACHEL GOVIN – Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Counsel

Rachel fell into property management fifteen years ago while working as a civil litigator. Before falling into property management, she was representing both landlords and tenants in a variety of legal matters.  Her passion for the industry quickly grew and she moved into a position as Corporate Counsel for a local management company.  Rachel served in this role for five years before moving to a regional property management company as a Regional Property Supervisor.  In this role, she excitedly watched her involvement and responsibilities expand beyond just legal matters into all areas of property development and management.  She oversaw the management of over 1000 residential apartments in Wisconsin and Minnesota and was intimately involved in the development of several apartment communities in the Madison area.  She brings this knowledge and experience to IA Management where she serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Counsel.

Rachel grew up in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.  An energetic UW Badger sports fan, she received both her bachelors and law degrees from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  She also holds a State of Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s license.

When not working to exceed the expectations of IA Management’s tenants and clients, you will find Rachel spending time with her husband and three children at one of their many different sporting events.


BENJAMIN HURD – Director of Commercial Leasing

Ben Hurd has over 28 years of commercial real estate experience. Ben spent his first three years in real estate research to get his bearings and has been in commercial brokerage ever since. Most of his work has been focused on landlord representation, along with acquisition and disposition of owned assets. Ben has represented numerous tenants. Ben is truly relationship driven, always looking to find a beneficial solution for both Landlord and Tenant. He is personal, practical, and passionate about his job. His wide skill set, attention to detail and his high level of service has led to his continued success over his 25-year brokerage career.

Ben grew up in New Jersey, attended preparatory school in Pennsylvania before heading to UW-Madison. After spending 20 years working in Washington DC, Ben decided to return to Madison with his wife Samantha. They now have four kids which they both coach in numerous sports. In his spare time, Ben is an avid fly-fisherman and enjoys playing hockey, tennis and platform tennis. He is a dedicated Badger fan and is known to travel wherever there is a Badger game.

Ben holds a WI Real Estate Brokerage License, and a real estate salesperson’s license in Maryland and Virginia.


LYNETTE EICKHOFF – Chief Financial Officer

Lynette Eickhoff, CPA earned her Bachelors in accounting and management from Lakeland College.   She started her career as a bookkeeper for a law firm and became the firm administrator after obtaining her CPA designation.  Lynette then worked in public accounting for more than 15 years performing general bookkeeping, accounting and tax work for small businesses and individuals.  She is now the Chief Financial Officer for IA Management LLC.

Lynette currently serves on the Glacial Drumlin United Soccer Club and Xplozion Fastpitch boards.


KEVIN ROUBY – Vice President of Property Management

Kevin Rouby is a native of Pittsburgh, PA who moved to Madison, WI in the mid- seventies to study business and economics at UW-Madison. Before becoming a commercial office manager, he spent time as a multi-family real estate manager in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. With an offer to manage commercial properties, Kevin returned to Madison in 2004 and over the past 13 years has become an accomplished manager of commercial office properties.

Kevin enjoys riding anything on two wheels and found Madison to be the perfect fit for his bicycle and motorcycle hobbies. Each year, he rides a bicycle to raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through their Scenic Shore 150 event. Not only is he passionate about bicycles and motorcycles, Kevin spends valuable time with his “little” whom he has been paired with since 2011 through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

Kevin now oversees both the commercial and residential portfolio of IA Management as Vice President of Property Management. Being in the field of property management, Kevin uses his people skills and strengths to provide a superior customer experience to tenants, residents and property owners. Being both professional and dedicated to his people, Kevin ensures a high quality of service to all.


RONALD SCHWOERER – Vice President, Facilities

Ronald “Ron” Schwoerer has over 20 years experience in facilities management and mechanical operations, as well as 6 years of experience as a site operations manager. Ron is accomplished in customer relations, staff training and development, management of contractors/projects, crisis management, safety coordination and process improvement.


CAROLINE FAUST – Operations Manager

Caroline Faust is a native of the greater Madison, WI area. Over the last 14 years, she has established herself as a high-performing, professional service provider in the hospitality industry and more recently in the office rental industry.  Caroline has applied her considerable organizational skills to enhance processes and transmit those enhancements to the members of every team she has been a part of.  Her unique combination of friendly, personal service with full, organizational knowledge enables her to instill in customers and colleagues a sense of confidence in any company that Caroline represents.

Caroline is ambitious and is committed to personal growth and development.  In 2016, this single mom, while working two jobs, earned her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Madison College.  She achieved the Dean’s Honor Roll three times and the Dean’s List multiple times. Her fields of study were Business Management and Liberal Arts.

As the Operations Manager at IA Management, Caroline looks forward to continuing her professional growth, and to applying all of the skills she has acquired to help position IA Management as an acknowledged leader in the property management industry.

An avid reader, when not at work or spending time with her daughter, you can find Caroline lost in a book traveling to faraway places and going on grand adventures.


RICH MARVIN – Commercial Property Manager

Rich Marvin has lived in the south central Wisconsin area for the past 15 years. Prior to living in the Madison area, he studied Marketing and Electronics at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton. In his free time Rich enjoys boating, fishing, camping, biking, and anything outdoors, with his wife and two children. Fitness and health has recently become a big passion of his as well. His goal is to create a healthy lifestyle for himself and his family alike. If you ask Rich what he is proud of he will always respond with his kids and being a father.

Rich has over 10 years combined experience in both the residential and commercial real estate industry. Rich oversees the day-to-day operations of IA Management’s commercial portfolio in Madison where he specializes in tenant relations, capital improvements, and overall building management. What sets him apart from the rest is his passion, drive, and constant focus on continual tenant and owner satisfaction.
